Media21 is very visible at large and small entertainment events
- you’ve all seen the big screens and the Media21 trucks and personnel. But
Media21 is more than big screen proejction. We are a full-service multimedia
company.

Since 2000, Media21 has been providing quality service to
Caribbean clients in many areas, including:
Multi-camera video production - we offer a full service,
including pre- and post-production.
DVD production and duplication - Many of the local DVDs
that have been produced in the Caribbean have been either created by Media21 or
duplicated on our state-of-the-art DVD duplication system. Media 21 Ltd recently
purchased three large DVD/CD duplicating machines and with a bank of VCR’s we
can duplicate VHS’S , CDs and DVDs to order.
Satellite uplink services - Media21 has provided uplink
services for Trinidad horse racing to be viewed live in Canada at racetracks and
OTBs.
AV sales and service - Media21 is a major supplier of
Audio-Visual equipment to the Government of Trindiad and Tobago, as well as
corporate clients throughout the Caribbean. and the University of the West
Indies.
Translation Services - Media21 has supplied full
translation and interpretation systems to many large international conferences,
including a 600 person interpretation system to the World AIDS Conference. We
have over One Hundred translation units which were used at the recently held
FCAA Congress of Caribbean Architects at Queens Hall. Our largest client is the
Government of Trinidad and Tobago, as we have provided the conference system to
the Parliament of Trinidad and Tobago since 1986. We have also supplied the
conference systems to the Caribbean Conference of Credit Unions annual meeting
for the past five years.
Consultancy - Media21 advises Goverment and Corporate
clients throughout the Caribbean.
Sound systems - From the 30,000 person Rally for Nelson
Mandela to 10 people in a meeting room, Media21 provides a sound system to suit
the needs of our diverse client base.
Stage Lighting Systems: Media 21 Ltd has been awarded the
contract to light The Savannah for The National Carnival Commission for four of
the last five years. This is not an easy task, as it is an open air stage, where
light dissipates at an incredible rate. To provide proper stage lighting , Media
21 Ltd has consulted with international and local lighting designers in an
effort to supply lighting of an international quality. Lighting is key when an
event is being videotaped for broadcast. The Carnival season 2k4 Media 21
invested in additional lighting and trussing to further enhance the stage
lighting.
Trussing Systems - From screens to rooms, trussing
replaces ugly iron scaffolding with sleek modern aluminum frames. Media21 has a
large inventory, and our staff is well trained and efficient in both setup and
dismantling.
Project management - No function is too small or too
large. Media21 provides project and event management services to our clients.
But Media21 is not content to stagnate. We have new services
coming in the near future. (see our article on New Technologies) This includes videoconferencing, video and audio
streaming and outside broadcast facilities.
